There is also new moon (no bright side is showing) and full moon(all the moon is showing). On earth you will see different positions of the moon through out the month.
  • Eclipeses (Solar and Lunar
  • Solar
  • The revolution is when the sun makes a full orbit around the sun and thats when the earths year and seasons come. Also thats is the moons revolution is the lunar phases. The revolution is how the year is tracked different periods of time.

  • The tides depend on the moon and suns gravity force on the earth. There are low tides and high tides but there are also spring tides that are higher than high tides and neap that are lower than low tides. The pull on the earth will determine the tides but north and south is always the opposite of the east and west tides.

  • The different seasons depend on the earths tilt and position around the sun. The order of the seasons in the north hemisphere is summer, fall, winter, spring but in the south it is the opposite of the north since the tilt is different.
