  • The first law states that  a body remains at rest  or in uniform motion in  a straight line unless  acted upon by a force.
  • The Basketball only moves when the green player lets go of the ball.
  • When the Red player blocks the ball, the ball stops in its direction.
  •  The second law states that the acceleration of an object is dependent upon two variables - the net force acting upon the object and the mass of the object.
  • Gravity is keeping the Cheeta from flying over here!
  • The third law states that when a  force acts on a body due to another body,  then an equal and opposite force  acts simultaneously on that body.
  • The Bully is throwing the boy down, which is an example of an unbalanced force.
  • If the boy fought back, it would be a balanced force.
