  • I told my daughter that if she doesn't clean her room, she won't be able to play outside for a week. But, if she does, I'll give her a raise in her allowance.
  • The next example will be that of Level 2, which is Conventional Morality. The first stage within this include social norms while the second is a Law and Order morality.
  • The last scene was level one which is the Pre-conventional stage of Moral Reasoning. It has two parts which are Obedience and Punishment Orientation and Self Interest Orientation
  • I won't cheat cheat because my friends agree that that isn't cool.
  • I won't cheat because I know the rules. Cheating is wrong.
  • Guys! I got someone in the upper grade to give me all the answers to Ms. Morris' quiz!
  • While waiting at the bus stop, Jenna and her friend Robbie are engaging in a talk about cheating.
  • Yeah I think cheating under any circumstance is wrong. Everyone has to work hard so someone who chooses to cheat will be using someone else to do so.
  • Of course not! I know he has been stressed because of his home life and taking care of his mother. Even if I know I'm supposed to report him, it would feel wrong . I'll give him extra help instead.
  • I caught one of my students cheating today.

  • The previous scenes showed examples of the final stage which is the Post Conventional stage. One has to do with social contract orientation while the other focuses on universal ethical principles, which is a principled conscience!
