The process that occurs when two species influence each other during evolution. EX: A bee knows to feed on a specific flower, whereas the flower evolves to create pollen for the bee.
Red and black, a friend of Jack's.
When two different organisms look very similar, usually due to evolution. EX: Milk snakes will be red, yellow and black but they are not poisonous. But another snake that has the same three colours in different spots and will be poisonous. Predators have adapted to stay away from both species because of the difficulty to differentiate between the two.
Red and yellow kill a fellow.
In Britain, grey squirrels have replaced red squirrels. The population of red squirrels decreased due to competitive exclusion (when two species want the same resource but because it is limited, one will take over the niche and become dominate), disappearance of hazelnuts, and diseases.
