  • Mr. Li, you're here b/c Dr. Grey recommended you to visit me. I’ve looked over your case, I'd like to know your daily routine & eating habits.
  • I’m an elementary school teacher, in my spare time I coach my nephews soccer team, & enjoy doing DIY projects around the house.
  • How often do you exercise Mr. Li?
  • I coach my nephews soccer team but other than that I do not do any additional exercise.
  •  I have some medical tips on how you can modify your lifestyle to prevent any more heart issues & get you on a healthy routine. Gradually increase your physical activity toward a goal of at least 150 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity. Include strength training exercises at least two days a week. This includes spinning, running, walking, hiking, dancing, etc. at an exclusive gym, I was able to get you 2 months free trial.
  • Eat a healthy diet that emphasizes fruits, vegetables & whole grains. Low-fat dairy products, low-fat proteins, & moderate amounts of healthy fats. Try to maintain a healthy weight. Most importantly don't smoke cigarettes or use tobacco, avoid second hand smoking & make sure you have follow-up appointments with your doctor on a regular basis.
  • To be on the safe side I’m going to send you with Dr. Grey to run some test on you so we can find out you have.
  • Is there any medication I can take to help reduce my heart risk?
  • Actually aspirin and other antiplatelets help prevent blood clots. But remember modifying your lifestyle is where you need to start off to improve your health. Have a good day, I’ll see you in a week.
