- Sir, can i ask you something?
- Yeah , sure.What is it?
- Sir, in our company, how come Jeff got the position of Executive Officer instead of you?
- It gives them an advantage where they can just place in any position by their relatives without doing big works for the company.
- Let me tell you something Carl, in our company there's a lot of employees there whose relatives are in the higher position.
- Isn't it unfair? There are other employees who struggle for their work 24 hrs. and 2-4 years of working just to get the higher position while Jeff working in 3 months and he easily get the job?!
- Well, yeah it is unfair. But that's how hierarchy works.
- Like Jeff, his grandfather is our C.E.O, while his Uncle is the Chief Marketing Officer. So it's impossible for me to get the position.
- And because of that hierarchy exists in our company, I quit my job.
- Hey, if something happens, I leave my current job and go to your place.
- You quit your job?! I thought you got kicked out?
- Yeah, sure!
- I work in different company now where everyone there is equal. Plus the manager and the C.E.O are quiet beautiful and they are good at handling their employees.
- Well it's the same right? After all i leave the company.
