Thomas Jefferson and James Madison were two of the Anti-Federalists. The Anti-Federalists were generally poorer with eh obvious exception of a few people.

The Federalists were in favor of ratifying the constitution without the Bill of Rights. They also wanted a strong central government with powers given by the people. Lastly, they wanted a National Bank to avoid what happened with the Articles of Confederation.
Anti-Federalists wanted a Bill of Rights in the Constitution. They also wanted the states to have their own governments. Lastly, they were strongly against having a national bank.
The Constitution ended up being good compromise between the two groups. The Ant-Federalists got their Bill of Rights. But the Federalists also got a strong central government.
