Storyboard Text

  • Two teammates having a kick about in their local park in order to practice and hone their football skills. One team mate is left on the floor after an aggressive 50/50 challenge, whilst the other one is through to score.
  • One of the teammates decides to continue on playing, neglecting his teammate on the floor, showing a lack of team spirit and togetherness. This is the wrong thing to do for the athlete as it shows he is only thinking about himself as an individual and that he puts himself before the team.
  • The young athlete then goes on to score a goal. He never went to his teammate to apologize for his aggression. What could happen next might be a public falling out that could become violent and create a bad reputation for the pair of them that will create headlines in the news for the next few days. It will also lead to internal investigations by the club and fines will be issued most likely.
  • The athlete is having a kick about in the park with a close teammate to get extra practice. There is a 50/50 challenge which the athlete leaves his teammate on the floor after being overaggressive.
  • The athlete decides to stop playing and helps out his teammate who is in quite a bit of pain after the 50/50. This is the right thing for the athlete to do as it shows good sportsmanship and shows that the team is at the forefront on his mind and not individual success.
  • The young athlete stops play and apologizes to his teammate for his aggression in the 50/50 challenge. He helps him up to his feet and they share a joke and move past the challenge. The impact this can have is that the bond between the two gets stronger and can have a massive impact on the pitch for the team, helping the team obtain a better result.
