  • Scrooge sees his past with the Ghost Of Christmas Past. He sees himself as a boy alone at his school. This showes that Scrooge had a sad childhood

  • Scrooge starts to appreciate life and becomes merry on Christmas. He becomes a good person. The is the rewards of being good.
  • The Ghost of Christmas Present symbolizes England. The Ghost of Christmas Present keeps two children under his cloak, Want and Ignorance this represents England hiding the bad away and not taking care of the problem.

  • Im raising your salary!
  • Another theme is the importance of generosity. After scrooge gets visited by the Ghosts he increases Bob's salary. Being generous makes you and the people around you happy
