  • Growing tensions between the colonies and Britain
  • By Samuel Morrin.
  • The Quartering Act
  • IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN GET YOU!
  • The Stamp Act
  • Here you go.
  • Give me the money for that paper
  • These are the acts or laws that ere made to "protect" the colonists or to punish them these acts lead to the death of many. These are the acts that led up to the revolutionary war.
  • The Boston Massacre 
  • The Quartering Act was when Britain made a law so the colonists had to give soldiers food,shelter,and transportation. 
  • The Boston Tea Party
  • The stamp act was when Britain charged for almost anything that was printed. This act made the colonists mad and they would attack tax collectors. Later they repealed the stamp act. 
  • The Intolerable acts
  • The docks are closed sir.
  • The Boston Massacre was when an angry mob gathered around the building were the taxes were collected. The mob started to move toward the soldiers and the captain yelled don't fire but one of the soldiers thought they heard fire so they shot their musket.
  • FIRE!
  • Don't Fire!
  • The Boston Tea party was when a few colonists dressed up as Native Americans and then boarded a ship and threw thousand of pounds of tea of the ships. But this wasn't a regular raid the colonists only took the tea
  • Just get the tea!
  • The Intolerable acts were when British parliament had done stuff to punish the colonists. One thing they did was closed the docks so that no ships could leave or enter until all the tea was paid for.
