Storyboard Text

  • Acid Rain is when No2 and So2 react with substances like water and oxygen to form more acidic pollutants.
  • Acid Rain can fall to the Earth as any type of precipitation whether it be rain, snow, hail, or fog. Even just dust!
  • Because of Acid Rain our environment faces many troubles. It declines aquatic animal population, causes forest decline, makes eggs thin-shelled and much more.
  • A great way to reduce acid rain is to produce energy without using fossil fuels. Instead, people can use renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power.
  • If we all make an attempt to use greener energy and take better care of our environment, together, we can make our Earth and its atmosphere a healthier place to live!
