The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle
Summery In the book The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle, Charlotte is warned several as she is boarding the Seahawk that she shouldn't go on that voyage. Charlotte also found out that the other two families that were supposed to travel with her were unable to come on the voyage. When I was reading the book, Zachariah gave Charlotte a dirk and that seemed suspicious to me at the time. When the crew saw Charlotte with the dirk, I thought that the crew would trust her less than they already did. At the end of the book when Charlotte was accused of murder, in the book it said that Jaggery had done it, the reason why is he wanted to get rid of Charlotte.
