  • Im just a lazy bum
  • I really need to exercise but I cant seem to find the motivation or a fitness plan
  • Well I can teach you, first you can find out your fitness plan with your diet, weight and how your body intakes certain protein. Also where you workout is imprortant.
  • Who are you? What are you doing to my hou-
  • Lets go to the gym!
  • A few minutes later
  • I dont really get it.
  • Your weight, diet, location matters because everyone is different and a fitness program wont mach everyone
  • So by looking at your weight, diet and location you can find a workout, its as easy as that
  • Oooh I get it now, how about my motivation?
  • Just Remember why you started, is it because you gained some pounds? or for someone special? Or you felt insecure putting on clothes?
  • You can also lose your excuses like "I dont feel like it".  Also you can reward yourself, like think after the workout you can eat something delicous
  • Also plan out everything, plan your playlist to workout, plan when to workout without skipping and your daily diet.
  • Ok I got it!
  • oh okay, now I get it, I will workout with that in mind straght away.
  • Thats Good! But dont forget to take some rests while you workout.
