You will go to America now, and you are not allowed to protest !
In the 1800s black people were made prisoners by American.
They went to America by boat. The trip was long and the black people didn't live in good conditions, so a lot of them were sick or died before arriving in America.
Working in the cotton fields was very hard because of the warm climate, but because of the American's pressure too. Indeed they oversaw them to make sure they were really working.
Keep working without complaining.
Arrived in America, the black people, who were made prisoners, were sold as slaves in order to work in the cotton fields. They would work all day long, even if they were tired.
