I opened the door to my broken down car, looking around to see any nearby stores for directions. After scanning for what seems like five minutes, my eyes landed upon an old looking building faintly named “Moe’s Cafe”.
Do you know any way I can get out of this desert?
Nope but I can serve you if you want. Follow me.
I took in the scene and kept getting this feeling that I couldn’t quite put my finger on. I pushed away the thought for later and walked up to the counter, hoping someone would be working.
A waitress shortly appeared behind the counter with a molding name tag I could barely make out : Blanche. “How can I help you?” she said in an annoyed tone. She looked oddly familiar but again, I couldn’t put my finger on it. I ignore it and focused on trying to get directions again.

Opening it up, everything clicked into place. I had felt the feeling of nostalgia when I entered the restaurant. The familiar old wood and color choices that made me remember my childhood before I ran from this place and lost my sister.
I said nothing and proceeded to hug her remembering that she was my sister that I’d left behind. She seemed to have remembered everything too as she hugged me back. I had finally found her.
