In substitution and augmentation I learnt there is no or some functional change only the product is substituted by the digital tool.
In Subsitution, students are typing a simple story on Ms.Word. Here Ms. Word is substituting a simple paper pencil work. In Augmentation students are editing their work using Ms. Word features like spelling and grammar check, adding pictures and sounds.
In Modification, here students are sharing their stories on Google docs. so that they can collaborate with each other and comment on each other`s work to evaluate each other`s learning.
While working on padlet on Day 4 I learnt how can I modify my work by collaborating and considering the suggestions given by others.
I learnt and explored the potential of digital tools and their useful approach.
In Redefinition, students are creating their stories using online software like storyjumper, comiclife3 etc. and share it on any social forum to have a larger audience. Here they are redefining their original task which was just writing a simple story.
