Rising action: When they are walking on the highway, the dog says he is tired and the sparrow tells him to just sleep. So, he fell asleep on the road
Climax: When the wagoner runs over the dog on purpose because the sparrow threatened him.
Falling action: When the sparrow killed the horses and put a hole in the barrels so that the wine would spill out.
Resolution: When the wife tries to kill the sparrow but kills her husband instead.
