  • October 1789, thousands of Persian women marched to Versailles rioting over the rising price of bread.
  • Execution of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette
  • A document established in 1789 at the National Assembly stating the rights of man.
  • Rise of Napoleon
  • The Reign of Terror was a dark and violent period in the French Revolution, led my Maximillian Robespierre.
  • Fall of Napoleon
  • Louis was exucuted January 21, 1793 and Marie Antoinette was executed on October 16, 1973.
  • Napoleon Bonaparte siezed power in 1799 and in 1804, crowned himself emperor of the French Empire.
  • Napoleon's empire had become too large and he was making many bad decisions. He was exiled once, came back and continued his bad decisions, then was exiled permanently.
