"He ate a cookie and it had peanuts in it! He is allergic and I don't know where I put his epi pen!"
*gasping for air*
*first she asks the patient and the mom what happened*
"Okay, he looks like he's having trouble breathing. We are going to take care of him"
"I can't believe I lost his epi pen! I always have it with me, this has happened before."
*comes back with epi pen* "Everything will be okay I am going to give you medicine so that you can breathe and feel better."
"Oh my gosh, I am so relieved. Thank you so much!"
"I can breathe! I feel so much better already. I was so scared."
"I am glad that worked. Allergic reactions can be very scary, but you did really well. You are a brave boy. I am going to order you an epi pen so that you will be able to feel better sooner if this does happen again okay?"
