  • "Hope you guys are excited." said my stepmom.
  • "Six Flags here we come!" shouted my dad
  • "How long will it'll take to get there?" questioned my sister.
  • "Well first we're going to Dunkin Donuts then to the park." my stepmom explained.
  • "It'll be quick, 7 minutes till we get there." said my dad.
  • "I'll be back!" she called out.
  • DUNKIN' DONUTS
  • My weekend plans included going to Dunkin' Donuts, Six Flags, and then back home.
  • "It'll take us 1 hour and 5 minutes." replied my dad.
  • US-1 S/ U.S.-1 9
  • "So when will we get there?" I asked.
  • The distance from my house to the Dunkin' Donuts that we went to was 1.2 miles away.
  • "Finally, it's been a while since I've been here." I said.
  • "We have all day here." said my dad.
  • Ticket Booth
  • Dunkin' Donuts was the first stop on this trip.
  • "Yes thank you so much!" I replied.
  • "Hope you guys enjoyed!" my stepmom stated.
  • The distance from Dunkin' Donuts to Six Flags was 64.5 miles.
  • We finally arrived there an hour and 5 minutes later.
  • "Oh I can't wait!" my sister yelled.
  • "We have season passes too so we can comeback whenever for a year!" exclaimed my stepmom.
  • At 9pm when it was time to go home, the distance home was 68.4 miles. To calculate the total distance of the trip, you would have to add up. So 1.2 + 64.5 + 68.4, which would get you 134.1 miles. To find the displacement, I would have to subtract the final position from the initial. So 0 - 0 = 0.
