Facilities and Services Agreement - Upon submission of summer conference requests, the CER team evaluates the summer conference needs and availabilty to generate a Facilities and Services User Agreement. This Agreement will provide rules and regulations of the conference's stay, Residential Life Department Terms and Conditions and Summer Group Information -This contract will be sent to the organization to be signed and returned to CER. At this point, it is up to the summer conference organization to provide the CER with any updates. The updated and final contract should be signed and submitted to the CER team as soon as possible with the final guest count and service needs (housing, IS services, parking, dining, linens, recreation facility, meeting spaces).
