Goldilocks, you are under arrest for breaking and entering into Bears' home. You do have the right to remain silent, the right to an attorney,...
Your daughter has been accused of breaking and entering. Her court date is April 24.
Goldilocks, after hearing what you are accused of, how do you plead?
I am not guilty!!
As Goldilocks ran from the Bears' house, the police chased after her. They had been called in by Papa Bear, who wanted the issue dealt with quickly. She was finally captured at the bridge, read her rights, and taken into custody.
Finally, I walked into my bedroom, and saw an blob in my bed. Just then the girl sitting to your right, your honor, jumped out and ran out of our house.
Your honor, my client, Goldilocks, knocked before she entered. The Bears had left their door unlocked, a careless act that should not be attributed to the juvenile mistakes of my client. Had the Bears taken better care of their home, we would not be wasting you precious time. Furthermore...
Goldilocks was released to her parents on a bail fo $500. The judge had deemed that a worthy bail due to seriousness of her crime. Her court date was set for April 24. The bail would guarantee her appearance at the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
Goldilocks was accused of breaking and entering into the Bear's home and then breaking their property and stealing their food. At her arraignment, she pleaded "not guilty," the trial proceeded, the judge hearing the evidence. However, her plea was in direct violation with her confession (she had confessed while in prison.).
After reviewing all the evidence and taking into consideration Goldilocks' confession and differing plea, I have found that Goldilocks is guilty and sentence her to 8 months in prison and $1000 in compensation to the Bear Family.
The judge proceeded to hear the evidence against Goldilocks. Baby Bear spoke first, describing what he found in his bed, the state of his chair, and the mysterious disappearance of his porridge.
After hearing Baby Bear's statements, Goldilocks' attorney stood up and began justifying her client's actions. The attorney would also try to accuse the Bears of causing emotional damage to her client, something the judge would declare invalid.
After hearing all statements and seeing the evidence (broken chair), the judge ruled on the case. She also took into consideration the fact that Goldilocks had confessed to the crime while in custody, but later denied it.
