During the night, the water evaporates.Evaporation is when a liquid turns into vapor.Evaporation happens When water is heated, it evaporates. The molecules move and vibrate so quickly that they escape into the atmosphere as molecules of water vapor.
In the morning the glass is empty because it has evaporated
In my opinion I think that Wally could be right because when water particles vibrate and evaporate they get trapped in the air in a hot room. However when the room temperature is colder the water vapor turns back to a liquid by condensing .I think it is the same water because where is the other source of water and where did it come from. There was only one source of water and there were no more than that therefore Wally could be right.

A day later when the temperature is cold there is water on the window this is caused by condensation.Condensation water which collects as droplets on a cold surface when humid air is in contact with it.
There would be water on the window because it has condensed therefore there would be droplets of water.
