Elizabeth, you know that I am very ill. I would have felt more comfortable if my doctor that was treating me was a female. It is too late now, but I wish for you to become a doctor for others in my situation.
Me, being a female becoming a doctor is such a risky thing. She is right, women should not have be afraid to achieve their dreams. If I take this one step, other women might gain confidence and want to achieve their dreams.
I have decided to begin medical school in honor of my friend. After I have been rejected from many, many schools one has finally accepted me, and I will prove the other schools and the public, that women can too do what men can.
My classmates and staff are discriminating me, and are doubting me. Though, I will keep going for my friend.
I have graduated and earned my medical degree. I will continue helping women to achieve their dreams.
Thank you, my friend. Without you being my hero, I would not have been able to be a hero to others. It is upsetting to see this treatment towards women. I will continue to strive to help other women. I continued for you. Thank you!
