Around 700 B.C.E. the village that had become Rome was built by a Latin tribe. This city that they formed had spread over the seen hills. Romes culture was greatly influenced by Etruscans their neighbors. Another great influence on Rome were the Greeks. They had traded with them and adapted their culture.
