  • The U.S. government is watching a Japanese man carefully.
  • The Supreme Court is deciding whether Japanese internment camps are legal  or not. (The case is called Korematsu vs. United States)
  • The final decision in court was to send all people of the Japanese race to Japanese internment camps. The United States won vs. Korematsu
  • The US Supreme Court decided that US security was more important than what the constitution stated about equal rights.
  • This is important to Americans because it was a major affect of World War 2 in our country.
