Dear President Hoover, I have investigated the economy and have found the following factors to be a concern.
Okay, what may those concerns be.
Okay this can be a problem for America.
The first concern is the overstocking in warehouses. This means that they are creating too many products and the warehouses will get full because people are not buying the product. This is a problem because the company will then have to cut off workers because the company is not making enough money.
My next concern is tariff increases. This means that the America's try to keep the American people to buy from American companies by putting taxes on import good from other countries. This is a problem because there was a desperate need for markets and tariffs decreased our ability to sell our goods overseas because those countries retaliated with their own protective tariffs.
This could be a big problem that we will have to fix.
Another big concern I have is companies investing in the stock market. This means that the companies are using their money to try to get more money by putting it in the stock market. This is a problem because If they don't make that money back they are losing money and that means they can't make more products.
This is a really big problem and they must stop doing this.
Finally my last concern is the dowards economy spiral. This means that there are 2 import things are jobs and spending and if people don't buy stuff the company will have to lay off workers because they don't have enough money to pay them and because people are not getting paid which means they can't buy so then more people are getting laid off. This is a problem because this will be a cycle so until someone stops it it's going to keep happening which means a lot of workers get laid off.
This cycle needs to stop.
I will have to look into these things to make sure not that are stock market does not crash.
That is all the concerns I have but these must stop if we don't want the stock market to crash.
