We can eat from any tree in the garden, but God said we can't touch the fruit of the tree in the middle of the garden, or we will die.
Did God really say that you can't eat from any tree in the garden?
You wouln't die, God just knows if you eat from the tree you'll be like him.
Hmmm. It looks good and will make me wise.
Try some Adam!
We're naked. Let's make loincloths.
He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” The woman said, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God said, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”“You will not certainly die,” the serpent said. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Gen. 3:1-5
I heard you and was afraid because I am naked.
Hope he doesn't see us.
Where are you!
The woman YOU made gave it to me, and I ate.
The woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom. Gen. 3:6
What is this you have done?
She took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made thenselves loincloths. Gen. 3:6-7
Because of what you have done, you're cursed above all livestock and on your belly you will go, and dust you'll eat all of your life.
But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?” He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.” And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?” Gen 3:9-11
Who told you that you are naked? Did you eat from the tree I told you not to eat from?
The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.” Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done? The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.” Gen 3:12-13
The serpent decived me, and I ate.
“Because you have done this,“Cursed are you above all livestock and all wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life. And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” Gen. 14-15
I will put emity between you and the woman, your offsping and hers.
