  • They are discussing what happened the night before. Abigail was dancing in the forest with a bunch of girls and Paris discovered them.

  • Abigail is threatening the girls as she tells about the discussion with Paris. She slaps Betty when she creams out she drank blood.

  • She longs for him. She and Mr. Proctor had a affair and she thinks she is in love with him. He doesn't love her. For him it was a one night stand.
  • You permit dancing?(Page 479,line 1005)
  • They are arguing about his affair.
  • Mr. Hale is worried might be contagious but Mr. Proctor assures him it isn't.
