One dark, snowy night on the week of New Year's, three girls sat huddled together on a bench. Each had once been a girl with parents, money, and shelter. One had run away, one had been dropped off at an orphanage and left soon after, searching for her twin sister. The final girl had stowed away on a ship. Each had been searching a place to stay and food and water. Then they had met and found a home with each other.
They lived together in a very small shack they had found off in a field. Each used their talents to keep the trio alive. Taara, who was an Indian stowaway, had a miraculous green thumb. Jia, a runaway Chinese princess, was very good with medicine and healing. Babirye, an African orphan, was a master at weaving. Enu, Babirye's lost twin sister, had an extreme talent - she could do anything. Anything at all.
