  • Before Agriculture
  • Agriculture Revolution
  • Wow! We can GROW food!
  • I know, right!
  • After Agriculture
  • Before Agriculture, life was hard. Men hunted animals, Women gathered plants, and men usually got killed or severely injured.
  • Before agriculture 2
  • Oh great, we have to move again.
  • Ugh! i'm sick of moving all the time!
  • Then, Nomads found out about planting seeds and harvesting. They gradually learned which seeds make the most crops in their specific environment.
  • Agriculture Revolution 2
  • Wow! We can store and raise animals to slaughter later instead of killing them on the run!
  •  Agriculture improved their lives in many different ways. Three things Agriculture did was by much longer shelters, more than enough food, and trading systems.
  • After agriculture 2
  • Hey! Stop, thief!
  • Nomads also had no permanent shelter. So when there was no more food and plants, they had to move in order to live. and sometimes a natural disaster could occur. Natural disasters can wipe out most of their food, which would cause a very bad effect on them.
  • They also learned to domesticate animals. for example, they raised cattle and other animals for meat. Goats and cattle provided milk as well.
  • And we can get milk!
  • Two other ways Agriculture made their lives better was by laws, and different jobs. laws were good because  they kept people safe. Different jobs were good because people could now do other important things than just farming. For example, as you can see, there is a thief running from a cop because she broke a rule (stealing).
