Grandpa, can I come with you?
One day when I was about 7-8 years old, I went to visit my grandparents. I was playing with my toys.
At that time my grandpa's phone rang. My cousin,Gökay, was calling. They want to gave their budgie to grandpa. Grandpa and I got out of the house for bird. I was so excited.
Let's clean the bird!
We went to my cousin's house. We put the bird in a yellow box. Then grandpa,Gökay and I went car again.
We come to grandparents home again. My cousin came with us.When we came home we put the bird in a cage. It was a lovely bird. I couldn't get my eyes off the bird. I told my mother that I wanted to take the bird to our home. She called my father. And they allowed.
I was so happy. We were owner of the budgie. Gökay and I weren't leaving the bird alone. I thought it was time to clean up the budgie. I brought cologne and napkin. Then we started to wet the bird. The only thing I want was the clean the bird. Then bird began to shake. We were very worried.
I called my grandfather. Grandpa took the bird to the sink for wash with warm water. I was crying. My grandfather gave my mother the bad news. My bird dead because of me. I love animals so the roof fell in me.
