Welcome, I'm here to show how mitosis works. First, the cell goes through interphase where the cell spends most of it's time.
Then, the cell goes through prophase where the chromatids become visible.
Next, the cell goes through metaphase where the chromatids line up in the middle of the cell.
Then, the cell goes through anaphase where the chromosomes separate and move away from one another.
Next, the cell goes through telaphase where mitosis is complete.
Finally, the cell spits into two cells.
