  • Lets go on a trip.
  • This is going to be so fun!
  • Well an importance could be it helps maintain the water cycle.
  • Can you tell us one importance in the rainforest before we get on.
  • That means everyone and everything needs water to survive.
  • That means it helps how people and animals live in the rainforest.
  • Why are the rainforests so important.
  • Its important beacuse it helps reduce world climate change.
  • Can you give us another reason.
  • Well another reason is because it is an important home to half of the animals in the world.
  • One is most of animlas are in the canopy layer rather than on the forest floor.
  • So what if someone gets sick and they need medicine.
  • There are around 50,000,000 people life in the worlds rainforest.
  • Well if someone gets sick they use a medicine called Quinine which is found in bark of the Cinchona tree.
  • How can the rainforests help us not just animals and the people who live there.
  • First it stabilizes the climate by absorbing carbon dioxide from the worlds atmosphere.
  • That is what helps the animals survive each and everyday.
