Cuba's government is different from others around the world, as it is a communist country. People who live in the country cannot leave unless they do it illegaly.

Sir, I was only spreading my beliefs!
If you dont come peacefully, i will have to take you by force!
Brazil's Government is very different from Cuba's. Brazil still stands as a Presidential Democracy, and unlike cuba, people are allowed to go to and from Brazil with no law saying otherwise.
Citizens that live in Brazil get to vote for their president and control their country. Citizen get most of the power in Brazil since its a Democracy.
Like Brazil, Mexico's Government is also a Presidential Democracy, and like USA, it has three branches of power. The Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches, in a way, Mexico is similar to the U.S.A as they share the same type of government.
Being a Democracy citizen have most of the power, they can vote for a leader of their country to pass the laws and make all the rules like in any other democratic country.
