Storyboard Text

  • It’s time to introduce a new process. Chemically opposite from Photosynthesis but still occuring and crucial for a plant's survival, Cellular Respiration. It is the process by which plants and animals convert stored energy into a chemical that is consumable.
  • Plants create glucose as a means of storing the sun's energy for later use. When they break apart glucose they release ATP (Cellular Respiration); which happens through 3 stages... Glycolysis, Krebs Cycle, Electron transport chain
