"Huuuh, I wasn't informed of my no self incrimination rights"
Ernesto Miranda was accused of kidnapping,raping, and robbing a 10 year women.He was arrested and had went to court where he was found guilty.When in jail, he decides to read the Constitution and had found out that he was not informed of "the right to remain silent."So he went through another trial and was still found guilty.

The police arrest Ernesto without informing him of what the fifth amendment says about no self incrimination.After that he was found guilty and put in jail.
