- Time Safari, INC. Safaris to any year in the past. You name the animal. We take you there. You shoot it.
- Inciting Incident
- Rising Action
- Eckles goes to the Time Safari INC. to go hunting for a dinosaur. He buys a ticket to go to the past. The machine whispers that something will be greater than he thinks.
- Climax
- Eckels bought a ticket to go 60 million years back in time. Eckels meets two men named, Billings and Kramer, also a man named Mr. Travis who is their leader. Mr. Travis made sure everything was working, and went over all the rules, especially the rule about not going off the trail. When they all were ready to go, the machine screamed to get started, to go back in time.
- Falling Action
- The dinosaur comes marching in with big booming steps, teeth like daggers hanging out of his mouth and his eyes as big as ostrich eggs. Eckels becomes terrified as it gets closer, this was not what he was expecting!
- Resolution
- Tyme Sefari, INC. Sefaris tu any yeer en the past. Yu naim the animall. Wee taek yu thair. Yu shoot itt.
- Eckels was scared like a frightened cat that he walked off the trail. Travis became angry at Eckels because he broke his promise about staying on the trail.
- POW
- As punishment, Travis made Eckel dig up the bullets from the thirsty blood of the dead dinosaur to cover up evidence left behind. Eckel's was disgusted and grossed out by the blood.
- "Swoosh"!they return to the present time and notice that everything is weird and different. Travis knows that something went wrong and looks down at Eckel's shoe. Travis see a beautiful dead butterfly stuck to the bottom of Eckel's shoe. That means the past is for ever changed and Travis shoots Eckel.
