Storyboard Text

  • Exposition 
  • Inciting incident 
  •  Rising Action
  • Junior and his family moved from Los Rafas into a new town out of the country side. They moved so the children could have a better education and future for themselves.
  • Climax
  • When Junior began school, a few students started to pick on him. he didn't understand why? When he went out to recess, the boy cornered him and tried to "fight" Junior, but it was a start to a long friendship. 
  •  Falling Action
  • On the Weekends, Junior and his friends would go down to a movie theater and watch many movies that included John Wayne and other characters. The boys also liked to watch other action movies (like American Westerns).
  •  Resolution
  • Junior was very upset with his parents. A new family from Oklahoma, moved into their neighborhood and asked if he wanted to go to the movies with the new boy, Denver, to see Los Indios. Junior didn't want to, but ended up going.
  • Denver ended up getting to know Junior and his friend group which led all of them to become close friends. 
  • The boys grew up and grew a part, but Junior concluded that he had many fun times with Denver and his friends and he'll always remember John Wayne.
