  • The stewardess asked me to fill out these cards. I'm afraid Ive forgotten you Chinese name. Is it Jun-qing?
  • No, father. That's Little Sister's. Mine is Jun-ling.
  • Of course! jun-ling! Now tell me your date of birth.
  • I'm afraid i don't know father.
  • Hmmm, let's see. How old are you?
  • Niang, Father and Adeline are on a plane on the way to Tianjin where Adeline will go to a boarding school. Father does not remember Adeline name.
  • Ten years old! How time flies!
  •  I'm ten, Father.
  • Adeline realises that her Father thinks of her as nothing. He continues to ask her questions like her date of birth that he should be fully aware of and, not have to ask her.
