Lucie gets one phone call, where she calls her mother and tells her the terrible news.
Hello my name is Judy Davis and I am a Canadian Consulate Officer.
With the terrible prison conditions Lucie describes, we see her sitting in the corner sobbing.
Lucie was faced with extremely unpleasant conditions while imprisoned in Miami. The prison system in Miami is different from the prison systems practiced in Canada.
After her sentence, Lucie was dropped off on the side of the road with nothing at all. (All scenes are played while Lucie is still speaking about her experience where it goes back and forth from monologue to scenes)
We meet Judy Davis, where she explains Lucie's general rights and the prison conditions and how they should be.
"Insert picture of a Canadian prison vs. American Prison, food served at both types of prisons while Judy continues to speak"
Judy describes the terrible prison conditions. We see Lucie and how she must live.
