Oh no! I can't sleep again because I was on my phone for hours before bed and I can't stop thinking of all the "cat playing piano" videos.
I have a really long, annoying, and ugly test tomorrow and I know I won't do well because I feel so tired from not sleeping right.

You haven't been sleeping well because using electronics before bed will stimulate your brain, making it difficult to fall asleep. When you are sleep deprived your body cannot perform at its full potential and in severe cases sleep deprivation can lead to hallucinations. Which is why you think I am talking to you.

I suggest you invest in a pair of blue-blocking glasses or not using electronics an hour before bed. Then you will be able to fall asleep much easier since you won't have to deal with those pesky short wavelengths which keep you up all night!
