  • the French Revolution was from 1789-1799, many things went on at this time like battles, killings, and more
  • The Tennis Court Oath
  • people were very angry because people in the higher estate resented people in lower estate, people started having new thought on the government, there was also a lot of economic problems, weak leaders, and there were food shortages from the bad weather and higher estate getting more food from the lower estate
  • The Storming of the Bastille
  • the third estate wanted changes and they usually always got out voted by the second and third estate
  • The Great Fear
  • the tennis court oath was for the people in the National Assembly and and they had to have a meeting at a tennis court because they were locked out of the meeting room 
  • the third estate had broke in to the Bastille and they were searching for weapons for then to fight for Paris
  • a wave of senseless panic through France where peasants became outlaws themselves
