Interesting! So what are some of the strategies one can use to come to know the social self?
In terms of strategies in coming to know the social self, two notable mentions are Observer perspective and self-introspection
Before I speak on the strategies, it is important the public knows that the social self has three components; self-esteem, social interest and marginality.
Can you explain to our listeners what these terms mean? What is meant by Observer perspective?
Self-Introspection is analyzing one's thoughts and feelings to reason one's actions and behavioural patterns
Analysing one's own actions in the past by taking on an observer's perspective like that of a third party
