Of course! You too are also permitted to enroll for training reimbursements but only from the month of your confirmation.
That’s great! Is there also a specific span we need to complete after availing for a training reimbursement?
Yes one needs to complete 12 months in the organization after you receive a reimbursement. And in case you exit earlier, 100% amount will be recovered from the employee.
I have a program in mind which I want to pursue, can you help me understand the process for obtaining the reimbursement?
Sure, it’s very simple. You just have to request for a training reimbursement 1 month in advance and seek for approval from your BU Head & L&D Head which then follows through the Finance department.
