  •    The Navajo then placed down the buckskin and filled it with cornmeal. they then placed down one yellow, and one white eagle feather on the cornmeal. They did a ritual and from that the first woman and man arose from the feather from the wind that gave them life. "It was the wind that comes out of our mouths now that gives us life. When this ceases to blow, we die."
