Few years after World War II, The soviet union's leader, Joseph Stalin tried to spread communism across the world.
The spread of communism went to East Europe and caused Germany to split in half. One side was a communist government ( the East ) and the other side was a democracy ( The West ). The Berlin wall was built to separate both sides.
In 1985, A new president takes oath of office
I Mikhail Gorbachev, solemenly swear to protect and follow the Soviet constitution,and take the oath of office as president.
The form perestrokia will help us reconstruct and improve the political and ec onomic system established by the communist party.
After 1985, The soviet economy was not doing good, a tragedy which made it worse was in 1989, the Berlin wall fell and the west stormed in into Communist east.
In 1990, the government and Gorbachev were given a deadline to improve stuff
