Storyboard Text

  • Amanda! You don't have a proper ergonomic computer work space! Come, let me show you how you should stay while working on a computer.
  • Oh I didn't even know there was a proper way to work.
  • This is how your computer space should be; computer with lower back support, eye level with monitor,  and not cluttered work space.
  • Feet on the floor, hands resting 90 degrees from the keyboard, arms not leaning against the table. These are all things you should be doing.
  • What happens if I don't do all of this?
  • Oh no! I don't want that to happen! I'm so glad you helped me with learning how to have a proper ergonomic work space.
  • You will start developing different types of  disorder that can affect your muscles. For example, you may start having pain in your wrist, lower/middle back, neck, and more!
  • The Next Day
  • I GOT A PROMOTION!! It was because you taught me so much about ergonomics, that my boss gave me a promotion.
  • Be Ergonomically Safe!
  • That's great! I'm happy you got a promotion and that you aren't hurting yourself in any other way.
