  • Cow Towns
  • A cow town is a town or city in a cattle- raising area of western North America. Abilene and Dodge city in Kansas and Cheyenne, Wyoming became vital areas in the early 1860s.
  • This cow town, Dodge City, is where the cowhands like Jimmy, drank, gambled, had gunfights, and got into fist fights.
  • Long Drive
  • Bring it on!
  • You're going down!
  • I think i'm going to take this here 160 acres of land.
  • Well, if think you can have this land, you can't because you weren't living here for 5 years and you didn't pay a filing fee all due to the Homestead Act.
  • Homestead Act
  • Sodbuster
  • All i'm trying to do is break up my soil with my steel plow, but all I can hear is those dumb cowhands fighten.
  • John and I are sooners, meaning we are homesteaders who claimed the land before it was authorized to be claimed.
  • Sooners VS Boomers
  • Tom and I here are boomers because we were Oklahoma landsteaders.
