- Sir i have been coming early to work ever since i join the company today i just expressed some issues today that was beyond my control
- we have received many complains about employees that come later at work and make excuse about being later
- i can not take any excuses am sorry, you can go home
- But thats not your fault, today taxis were not operating as normal
- hey i have been told to go home since i was later for the first time, and he does not wanna give me a chance
- no you can not allow him to treat you like that, there's a trade union organizer you can report to him he will assist you
- yeah i know but......
- in this scene: The employee has been later for the first time at work but the manager does not wanna give her a chance to explain her self.
- Morning sir May i have a moment of your, since your the trade union organizer and help workers with the issues can you help me
- the employee is telling her colleague about how the manager treated her for being later for the first time
- Sir i have received a complain about how you treated one of the employees and with regard to the employment equity act you can not just send some home without giving the a chance to explain them-self and its was her first time showing that she been loyal to the company.
- The colleague advice the employee to use some help from the trade union organizer since she was unfairly treated and that's against the law
- ohh
- the employee explains what happened to her with the manager and the trade union organizer notices that under employment equity act everyone deserve to be given a chance to explain her self and may be given a warn if she is wrong and the employee was not wrong.
- The trade union organizer represent the employee to solve the issue, and the manager was find guilty and his to return the employee at work
- The employees has return to work and fer demands were meet
